|---|---|
| Purpose | To comply with the legal obligation to keep logs and to keep the website secure and running. |

3.2 Diagnosis and audit requests (forms)
The forms on this website do not send your data over the internet and do not store it in any database. When you click send, your own browser builds a message with what you filled in and opens WhatsApp with that message ready. The data only reaches Chamella if you decide to send the message.

|---|---|
| Purpose | To respond to your request, prepare the requested diagnosis and discuss a possible engagement. |
| Legal basis | Chamella's legitimate interest in responding to a contact that you yourself initiated (art. 7º, IX, of the LGPD). When the engagement is made by you as an individual, also preliminary procedures to a contract, at your request (art. 7º, V). |
| Retention | For as long as needed to respond and follow up on the negotiation. If there is an engagement, for the term of the contract and the legal document retention periods (arts. 15 and 16 of the LGPD). |
The same applies to the website's e-mail link: it opens your e-mail program, and the data only reaches Chamella if you send the message.
We do not use this data to send advertising without your authorization, we do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties, except in the cases of item 4.
4. Who the data is shared with
- The website's hosting provider, which keeps the access logs of item 3.1 on Chamella's behalf, as a processor (art. 5º, VII, of the LGPD).
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): the conversation started through the form takes place on WhatsApp, which processes the data under its own privacy policy.
